One - One: One - One personal training is offered to meet any goal an individual may have. Our main goal during One – One personal training is to design a program that best suites the client’s needs. Whether you are trying to maximize weight loss, shed those unwanted inches, accelerate metabolism, optimize nutrition or just improve your overall health our committed team of World Class Trainers are there to support your health and fitness goals.

Small Group Training: Small group training is an alternative to one-on-one training. Whether it be for weight loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out in the same room with you pushes you to a new effort level. Train with friends, family, or co-workers! Start your own group or join an established group. Small group personal training sessions are 1 hour in length. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate. Small group training offers many benefits to both trainer and client because small group training put's individuals with others at the same fitness level enabling the trainer to create a custom workout for the group. This means the client can train more times each week for less money plus having teammates helps motivate individuals and creates accountability for everyone!
